Indian Airforce Group Y Medical Assistant Airmen 02/2026 Exam City Details

Indian Air Force (Bhartiya Vayu Sena) has released exam city details for the Group ‘Y’ Medical Assistant Airmen trade (Intake 02/2026). Applications were accepted from July 11, 2025, to July 31, 2025. The online examination is scheduled for 25 September 2025. Candidates can now download their exam city details.

Medical Assistant trade (10+2): An unmarried candidate born between 02 July 2005 and 02 July 2009 (both dates inclusive). Medical Assistant trade (Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy): • An Unmarried candidate born between 02 July 2002 and 02 July 2007 (both dates inclusive). • A Married candidate born between 02 July 2002 and 02 July 2005 (both dates inclusive). Upper Age Limit: 21 Years Age Relaxation as per Indian Air Force Rules.

Medical Assistant Trade: • Passed 10+2 / Intermediate / Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from recognized boards with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR • Passed two years’ Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. Medical Assistant Trade (Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy): • Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy. • Passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. • Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with valid registration from State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrolment.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT): • Candidates up to 21 Years: 1.6 Km run in 7 minutes. • Candidates above 21 years (Diploma/B.Sc): 1.6 Km run in 7 minutes 30 Seconds. Height: Minimum 152.5 cms Chest: Well proportioned and developed with minimum range of expansion of 5 cms. Hearing: Normal hearing (able to hear forced whisper from 6 meters by each ear). Weight: Proportionate to height and age. Dental: Healthy gums, good set of teeth, minimum 14 dental points. Visual Standards: 6/36 each eye, correctable to 6/9 each eye; Max refractive error not exceeding + 3.50D including Astigmatism.
